Business Development Manager
Open new robotics accounts and carry them from first conversation to a requirements review. This is a technical sale to engineering leads and procurement, so expect to learn the product in detail.
- Own named accounts from first meeting through sample order
- Qualify battery requirements well enough for engineering to quote
- Represent Rova at select robotics trade shows and industry events
- Feed customer requirements back into what Rova builds next

Battery Technician
Build, test, and ship the battery packs that go out to customers. This is hands-on hardware work in Rova's Oakland shop.
- Assemble battery packs from cells, BMS, and enclosure components
- Run functional and safety tests before a pack ships
- Package and prepare orders for shipment
- Flag defects and process issues to the engineering team
