First Steps

Getting Custom Samples

Customers typically start with ordering a few custom battery samples. The streamlined process is designed to get samples delivered to you for testing within 2 to 3 months:

  1. Requirements Review

    1st Week

    Share your battery requirements and robot application details. Rova will provide feedback on best battery solutions, explaining tradeoffs between the top options.

  2. Sample Quote

    1st Week

    Once requirements are finalized, Rova provides a battery sample quote and technical proposal typically within 1‑2 days.

  3. Sample Delivery

    Within 2 to 3 months

    Upon PO receipt, Rova finishes battery detailed design, procures parts, and completes the sample build. Rova covers and manages shipment directly to your warehouse.

Specific lead time depends on battery complexity, inquire directly for lead time evaluation. Complex batteries also benefit from multiple prototype iterations before production.

Once sample validation is complete, Rova offers long-term supply agreements to reliably support your production ramp roadmap.

Custom packs can complete all required certifications prior to product launch.
